Who we are:

PLAYSENSE is a video game creative agency, spun out of Wargaming in 2022. Originally founded as a game trailer studio within Wargaming, PLAYSENSE has grown into a multi-disciplinary and award-winning creative agency. Our core services include game trailers (both engine and CGI), Unreal Engine production, branding, visual communication, in-game cinematics and complex campaigns driven by hard work and hard fun.

Our team of ~80 digital nomads is spread all over the world, including Portugal, UK, Spain, Italy, Netherlands, Germany, Montenegro, Poland, Cyprus, Serbia, Ukraine, Turkey, Georgia, UAE, Vietnam, Indonesia and the US.

We have collaborated with prestigious clients such as King, Krafton, People Can Fly, Riot Games, Scopely, Starbreeze, Supercell, Tencent, The Sandbox, Nacon, Ubisoft, and Wargaming.

Role Overview:

PLAYSENSE is looking for an Account Manager to build and nurture long-term relationships with our major clients from Wargaming. Your goal will be to help us grow our revenue by developing business with these clients.In this role, you should be an excellent communicator who’s able to grasp customer needs and brainstorm ways to fulfill them.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain long-term partnerships with our clients
  • Act as the main point of contact for all client matters
  • Identify client business goals and current needs
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to create relevant proposals
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements
  • Ensure the successful delivery of client requests
  • Handle client feedback and any other issues
  • Improve the process of collaboration between us and the client
  • Forecast and track key client metrics
  • Develop new opportunities with existing clients
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow new opportunities

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in account management, ideally within the creative or advertising industry
  • Familiarity with the gaming and creative production landscape is a plus
  • A client-focused approach, with strong problem-solving capabilities
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Experience in pre-sale and contract negotiations
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools to manage client information
  • Fluent English & Russian

Terms:

  • Type: B2B Contract
  • Location: Fully remote (anywhere in EU)
  • Reports to: Director of Client Success
  • Seniority level: middle, senior
  • Future opportunities: potential for commission based on revenue growth targets achieved with assigned clients.
