Who we are:

PLAYSENSE is a creative agency, spun out of Wargaming in 2022. Originally founded as a game trailer studio within Wargaming, Playsense has grown into a multi-disciplinary and award-winning creative agency. Our core services include game trailers (both engine and CGI), Unreal Engine production, branding, visual communication, in-game cinematics and complex campaigns driven by hard work and hard fun.

Our team of ~80 digital nomads is spread all over the world, including Portugal, UK, Spain, Italy, Netherlands, Germany, Montenegro, Poland, Cyprus, Serbia, Ukraine, Turkey, Georgia, UAE, Vietnam, Indonesia and the US.

We have collaborated with prestigious clients such as King, Krafton, People Can Fly, Riot Games, Scopely, Starbreeze, Supercell, Tencent, The Sandbox, Nacon, Ubisoft, and Wargaming.

Role Overview:

As part of our growth, we are looking for Art Producer who has expertise in production of art and design assets. The ideal candidate will collaborate with professional artists and designers to create exceptional art for leading game companies.

This is an outstanding opportunity for a seasoned professional eager to make a significant impact within a lively and innovative company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver projects on time, within budget and scope, using full-cycle project management
  • Define and lead creative and production approach of producing visual assets with teams of designers, CG artists & art directors
  • Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and budget
  • Coordinate internal & external teams and third parties for the flawless execution of a project
  • Be the main point of contact for the client during the production phase
  • Perform post-project procedures (lessons learned, analytics, etc.)
  • Take full ownership of the projects you lead, being the voice of quality and reason for your team.

What do we expect from your side:

  • 3+ years as Art Producer in the field of visual assets production in the gaming and entertainment industry
  • Proven experience in budgeting, scheduling, risk management, negotiating and client management
  • You are an empathic leader for your team, with a detailed focus on quality
  • Deep understanding of the technical side of visual assets production
  • Experience in the production fields (design, drawing, art direction) will be a plus
  • Fluent in English, spoken and written
  • Passion for video games
  • Outstanding professional portfolio

Terms:

  • Type: B2B Contract
  • Location: Fully remote (anywhere in EU)
  • Seniority level: middle, senior
  • Future opportunities: potential for commission based on revenue growth targets achieved with assigned clients.
